Capacity:
A higher number of people than those listed in the reservation is not allowed. In case of being more people in a timely manner, it is necessary to indicate it at the time of making the reservation.
If finally there are more people than initially planned, the reservation must be updated, provided that the maximum capacity allows it, and we will resend the reservation confirmation with the updated number of people.
The number of people will be exclusively those indicated in the contract, counting children from 2 years old. Entry may be prevented if the number of people allowed is exceeded or the house may be evicted if detected during the stay. The reservation will be cancelled automatically.
Number of people:
From 2 years, people are counted to take into account the maximum capacity. Likewise, it is necessary to inform the total number of people at the time of formalizing the reservation, including babies.
Traveller registration:
By regulation of the Generalitat de Catalunya, it will be necessary to carry out the identification and registration of all people (ID card number or passport, name and surname, date of birth, nationality)
Cot/ Highchair:
If you need a cot, at the time of making the reservation it is necessary to expressly request it. It has a cost of €30/stay. The crib comes equipped with a mattress and sheets.
If you need a high chair, you must indicate it at the time of booking. It has no additional cost.
Cleaning:
The house and the exteriors must be left tidy and collected, in the same order in which it was found on arrival. The kitchen has to be left cleaned and with cleaned utensils, dishes and appliances, as well as removing the remains of food and drinks. Garbage generated during the stay must be removed. Later, we will take care of the complete cleaning.
Caution :
In all stays, it is required to deposit an amount that is calculated at the time of booking. The deposit is a credit/debit card lock.
The deposit is unlocked within 48 hours from the end of the stay, in order to check the correct status of the accommodation. The deposit will be returned on the same card.
In the event of damage, leaving the house so dirty, not throwing out rubbish, throwing butts on the floor of the house or garden, throwing objects into the pool or misusing it, leaving pets on the sofa, using blankets for pets and any misuse of the house that represents additional cleaning hours, as well as not complying with any of the client's obligations specified in the contract, El Serrat reserves the right to retain the relevant amount of the deposit for retain the cost of any damage caused or extra cleaning hours.
Can a party/event be organised?
« Disco parties » are not allowed, nor are external music devices (including loudspeakers) brought into the house, nor are loudspeakers or music played outside the accommodation. Celebrations or events, involving a number of people higher than that indicated in the reservation are also not allowed. A celebration or event of this type would lead to immediate eviction from the house, without the right to any claim or reimbursement.
Cancellations:
The cancellation of the reservation will give rise to the following penalties :
50% of the amount paid, when the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to check-in.
100% of the amount paid, when the cancellation is made 90 or less days prior to check-in.
Due to circumstances beyond the control of the client or force majeure, the same cancellation criteria will be applied.
